OUR IDEA
A convention should not cost a fortune.
Everything is getting more expensive: exhibition space, travel, hotels and everyday life. So we asked ourselves: how can we continue creating great comic and collector conventions without constantly pushing up costs for dealers and visitors?
Our answer: a convention should be more than a single weekend. It can be the centre of a year-round collecting community.
Affordable events ↗
Rising living costs affect everyone. We want to make conventions more accessible to dealers and collectors, with fair stand options and a focus on what really matters.
Your shop beyond the convention ↗
A convention lasts only a few days. Through ECCE SHOP, we aim to give participating dealers opportunities to offer their products online between events.
Connect with collectors
Our goal is an active collecting community where dealers and collectors can connect, including people looking to sell, trade or obtain valuations for their collections.
Marketing together
We want to support dealers with more than floor space, helping them gain visibility through our website, social channels and event promotion.
More than one big weekend
Alongside our major expos, we want to develop smaller collector events that bring dealers and visitors together throughout the year.
One connected platform
Events, the online shop, collectors and dealers should become part of one connected ECCE network rather than isolated services.
ECCE SHOP
The selling does not stop when the convention ends.
We are building ECCE SHOP alongside our events. We want dealers to be able to sell not just at a convention stand, but online as part of our wider collecting community.
A simple example
You sell a Pokémon card through ECCE SHOP.
Illustration using an assumed 5% commission. The final rate depends on the agreed seller terms. The buyer pays shipping and ECCE covers payment processing costs. Sellers remain responsible for their applicable tax obligations.
More than an online listing
ECCE covers payment processing costs.
The buyer pays shipping.
Dealers can manage and follow their sales.
We aim to connect dealers and collectors beyond the convention floor.
Selling independently requires seller approval and acceptance of the applicable terms. Additional dealer features and joint promotions will be introduced progressively.

Exhibitor FAQ
When is ECCE Linz?
3 April 2027 at Tabakfabrik Linz.
How much does a stand cost?
For ECCE Linz, dealer tables start at €80, smaller stands (2 × 2 m) at €185, and larger stands (4 × 2 m) at €300. All prices include VAT, one table and one chair. Early-bird prices are available until 31 January 2027.
Can I book and pay for my stand immediately?
Not quite. We review all applications first. Once your application has been approved, we'll confirm your stand and arrange payment. Your exact stand location will be allocated closer to the event.
Will I still get the early-bird price if my application is approved later?
Yes! As long as you submit your application by 31 January 2027, you qualify for the early-bird price, even if ECCE approves your application after that date. When issuing your invoice, we use your original application submission date to determine the applicable price.
How do I apply?
Click “Application Open – Enquiry Form” and complete the ECCE Linz 2027 exhibitor application. Your application will then be reviewed.
Does submitting an enquiry confirm my stand?
No. Applications are reviewed first. Stand allocation and payment follow confirmation by ECCE.
